Book Cover, pattern

I have recently been working on an idea for a small book of sorts (maybe it's time to try kickstarter) about my favorite park in Portland. This is the cover idea, which I will be creating a pattern from for textiles. I feel like this print would be awesome for a lampshade or even just as a framed print.
